Apocalypter Guide

Apocalypter achievements

Apocalypter has 11 Steam achievements. Every one is a clear-the-category goal — find every wreck, every vehicle, every cave — not a story checkpoint. Global rates below are Steam's public stats, checked October 19, 2026.

The percentages are a dated completion snapshot, not a difficulty ranking, drop chance or measured time cost. Compare the actual goal wording when planning a route; earning one category does not establish progress in a different category.

What each goal actually is

Steam's wording is the goal. It does not publish a coordinate list.

  • Wrecks, caves, buildings and camps are world categories. World and navigation covers how you move between them: compass, landmarks, and why a road is not a map.
  • Animals and mutants are separate lists. Hunter is the desert animals. Freak Hunter is the mutants. Clearing one does not clear the other.
  • Coyotes and the Scrapyard are the two factions. Factions and warlords is where those names, the traders, and the trophy loop sit.
  • Bossbreaker is the warlord hunt from the store page: eliminate the Warbosses and the trophy loop is the same goal. The demo's single boss is not this list.
  • Wheels of the Wasteland is every vehicle, not a favorite build. Cars and vehicles is the system for finding and swapping them.
  • Armed to the Teeth is every weapon, not a loadout. Weapons distinguishes the older demo examples from the released weapon system and explains caliber checks.

Plan by the categories you still need

  1. Mark wrecks, caves, buildings and camps as you explore. Their goals are separate, so use the category you are missing to choose the next detour.
  2. Keep animals and mutants separate when checking the Hunter and Freak Hunter goals.
  3. Read the Coyote and Scrapyard goal wording separately rather than treating every faction interaction as the same requirement.
  4. Keep a collection goal distinct from your loadout: a useful car or gun does not mean you have found every vehicle or weapon.
  5. Use landmarks and the current world state for the next route. An achievement percentage supplies no missing-item coordinate.
